There is no right or wrong when it comes to shampoo and conditioner it depends on your hairtype the porosity and levels of damage that you have. Salon's are a little more expensive but if you want quality you will have to pay a small price. Go into a salon that you normally visit and ask them about what shampoos and conditioners would be good for your hair. Since they are more experienced you can ask them.
depends on hair type

garnier is good for regular use though u need to use lots of conditioner

herbal essences not good for any hair type

dove is good for shine

aussie is good for frizzy hair, like mine

pantene is great for anything it conditions and gives your hair a ver nice shine i would go with pantene ice shine but the other shampoos have a nice smell pantene doesnt really have a smel i dont really know if you care

Do you need special shampoo or conditioner for bleached hair?

i got my hair bleached today well it was for highlights and it came out pretty bad. i want to change it as soon as possible but for the meantime i don't want it to get worse so how can i take care of it?

do i HAVE to use a special shampoo or conditioner?

thanks so much!!!Do you need special shampoo or conditioner for bleached hair?
You dont have to use special shampoo or conditioner but I would use some kind of conditioner or shampoo that will hydrate your hair because when you get your hair bleached, it's is bad for you hair and the hair's oils are gone. If you get hydrating hair products (especially conditioners) it will help restore your hair's oils that were taken when your hair was bleached.

Good luck%26lt;3Do you need special shampoo or conditioner for bleached hair?
Try to use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner because when you bleach your hair, they strip it of all its natural oils.
You don't have to use anything. They won't get worse, unless you put more bleach on top of it.

Where can I get discontinued Body Shop products, such as the banana shampoo & conditioner, chamomile, etc.?

I already checked eBay and there is nothing for Body Shop banana shampoo %26amp; conditioner right now. Any other home for displaced beauty products that anyone is aware of?Where can I get discontinued Body Shop products, such as the banana shampoo %26amp; conditioner, chamomile, etc.?
Call the body shop customer services and they will put you in touch with one of their outlet stores. They sell all the old discontinued stuff but i think you may be hard pressed to find the banana stuff....it's a long time since it was stopped.

The best shampoo to use is panteen pro-v.i have it and my hair looks and feals awsome! If that stuff deosn't work then you canask your hair dresser what to do.Sorry

    Thank you,
    Gardinier
pantene prov- relaxed and natural shampoo %26amp; conditioner for women of color...smells great and adds additional amino proteins to hair to prevent future breakage.
The best brands are always the ones sold in salons. They are more expensive but they are WAY worth it. For thick hair, it could be breaking due to lack of moisture. Biolage Ultra-Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioning Balm are excellent. Redken also makes a leave in treatment called Anti-Snap that is great for damage caused by chemical services. Bedhead's Dumb Blonde Shampoo and Conditioner are great, even if you aren't blonde! For a quick at home fix, try using a little olive oil. First, when your hair is wet, cover it in olive oil. Let it process under a hot towel for 15-20 minutes. Then, shampoo twice but don't condition. Your hair will feel a bit gross, but don't worry, it will be VERY soft and much healthier after you blow dry. Your salon probably also does conditioning treatments as well. Bedhead Chocolate Head is wonderful and smells just like chocolate. Matix also makes the Proto-Pak, too. Matrix's Instacure is great for an everyday leave in treatment also.
It could be that you need like vitamins etc to help keep your hair healthy... Try the link below

Has anyone used charles worthington shampoo/conditioner before?

if so what did u think of it? i dyed my hair yesterday and bought the shampoo and conditioner that locks in color...is this stuff any good? just wondering what people thought about the products in general it doesnt have to be the same products i bought..is it really salon quality? cuz i tried the Samy stuff and it smelled like old roses (nasty old lady perfume smell) and it dried out my hair and made it gross....so much for salon quality!!Has anyone used charles worthington shampoo/conditioner before?
I bought the blonde version and to be honest I didn't think much of it! The shampoo seemed to 'strip' my hair, it went as dry as a bone! I love pantene and tresseme though because they make my hair feel lush :)Has anyone used charles worthington shampoo/conditioner before?
    hi, iv recently stopped using aus hair care products ,as i was getting build up on my hair, i changed it to charels worthington london, which i found good ,never the less have since reverted back to aus, (use charles worthington 1 week) and aus the next , %26lt;works well %26gt;

What is a good brand of conditioner and shampoo?

Herbal Essences it's great and so is John Frieda as long as you don't have black hair they don't make it for black hair.

theres all that I can think of so I hope I helped! What is a good brand of conditioner and shampoo?
DoveWhat is a good brand of conditioner and shampoo?
    Herbal Essences

it smells good and it makes your hair shiney!!
Pantene Pro-V, it's amazing! I tried it and it made my hair shine!
    I like Pantene PRo V
Pantene has a new line called Restoratives, it is the only thing that has made a difference in my hair , and I used to hate Pantene...but my hair is thick coarse and curly/wavy...if yours is thin or limp it may be to heavy...Good luck
My friend is a hair stylist and when she was in school for cosmetology they told her that Pantene ProV is the WORST....they did this test on everyone's hair and people who used pantene had all this nasy buildup. I second the PUREOLOGY. It is amazing, especially for color treated. I have thick, sometimes frizzy hair and this is the best by far. THe purple kind has pepperment in it and it makes your whole scalp tingle. I love it.
    L'Oreal Vive Pro and Pantene
I love Pureology. They have different kinds for different types of hair, but their whole line is specially made for color treated hair.
    Tresemme
The new Herbal Essenes%26lt;Don't know how to spell. What ever fits your hair. I have to use No more Frizzienes!
Garnier Fructis is great for all hair types.
I love Arbonne's shampoo and conditioner.

Arbonne Intelligence Daily, Self-Adjusting Shampoo with Tea Tree Oil

The natural choice for combating a dry, flaky scalp, this super-charged blend works to help hair shine while eliminating annoying, dry scalp.

    Arbonne Intelligence Daily, Self-Adjusting Conditioner

Condition hair daily with this light, ultra-beneficial conditioning formula that gets to the root of dryness to condition both hair and scalp for beautiful, healthy results.
Everyone can tell you a different brand of shampoo and/or conditioner to use but it all depends on your hair and what you are looking for. There is a new brand out called Sun Silk that fits many people's needs. If you have frizzy hair, they have a shampoo that can fix that, if you have flat hair (like me) they have one to fix it...you get the point.

My point is depending on your needs go with a brand that focuses on your hair type. I like Herbal Essence and Sun Silk. If you go to a BJ's or a Sam's Club (wholesale stores) you can buy a big bottle for cheaper prices. If you do not have a membership and you go to school, you can give them your I.D. and they will rent you a store savings card.

    Good Luck!
