Is herbal essences shampoo & conditioner good for my hair?

i have dark brown hair that goes to my shoulders and its thick and wavy/straight. it gets frizzy though when i'm in the hot air or humid. also how can you make your hair grow longer overnight? or what can i put on my hair or do to it that make it grow fasterIs herbal essences shampoo %26amp; conditioner good for my hair?
Herbal essences works for me. They have all kinds from no frizz, to helping your hair straighter.

Braiding your hair overnight helps control the breakage, and makes it healthier. Also, you can take vitamins for your hair, like vitamin E or B.

You can deep condition it once a week, and try to cut back on all the processing like straightening or hairdrying. Is herbal essences shampoo %26amp; conditioner good for my hair?
Soaps and shampoos are basically olaic acid which is a base substance, or a hydroxide which will degrease the hair. All the fancy lables are sales promotions to make you think you are getting a super cleanser. The fact is, the soap strips and cleans the hair. Too much and the hair dries and gets brittle. The frizz is caused because in humid air the hair shaft which is flexible responds to the water and curles in various ways.A higher protein diet or knox geletin may add more protein to your system and hair is basically a protein same as finger nails. But there is no magic substance to make it grow faster. It is like the products to cure baldness. If you believe that, I have a bridge I'd like to sell you.
One of my best friends has that same exact hair pretty much! She uses Herbal Essences. I also use Herbal Essences. I'd give it a B grade. It's not fantastic or does wonders, but it smells nice, cleans your hair, and has a variety of products. Also there's not many people allergic to it. To make your hair grow faster, give your scalp massage when you're in the shower because it stimulates hair growth. Hope I helped! :)
I've never heard of putting anything on your hair to make it longer overnight. That's actually a pretty retarded thought, sorry.

You can cut it during different times of the year to make it grow faster, though.
