Ladies, I'm looking for a shampoo/conditioner for my hair?

So i've got dry damaged hair and i shed a lot. what vitamins should I be taking for healthier scalp/hair and whats a good, cheap shampoo and conditioner i can use?Ladies, I'm looking for a shampoo/conditioner for my hair?
My hair became a lot more healthy when I started taking prenatal vitamins(Don't worry they don't make you pregnant, they are just strong vitamins). Also try the ALL SOFT shampoo and conditioner from Redkin. It's on sale a lot at Ulta and other major chains so it ends up being relatively inexpensive.Ladies, I'm looking for a shampoo/conditioner for my hair?
I have had the best results for my hair with Paul Mitchell products. My hair is coarse, dry, naturally curly, colored, and I shed a lot. Paul Mitchell's products address my hair problems better than any other product I have tried.

Consult a physician about vitamins that might help you have a healthier scalp and hair.
I found mine looking at this product review page. it helped me a lot!

it's so much easier to find out what matches your hair if you know what it does.
