its better to use both of the same product, but you can mix and match, doesnt matter, it wont ruin your hair
It's not bad, but if you are prone to frizz it might make it worse.
In the long run, it really doesn't matter. Companies just want you to buy more of their products. It doesn't do any damage to your hair to use different products whatsoever.
Its fine if you use two different kinds. But it is usually recommended to use the same kind (for example, Pantene Classic Clean Shampoo AND conditioner for best results), but if you find that using two different brands works for you, stick with it!
