Why do we have shampoo and conditioner not just shampoo or conditioner?

Like why can't Hrbal Ecesences be like pert?? Like shampoo and conditioner 2getherWhy do we have shampoo and conditioner not just shampoo or conditioner?
because the conditioner in the 2 in one bottles like pert doesnt really condition your hair very much... or just to get more money for their products.Why do we have shampoo and conditioner not just shampoo or conditioner?
shampoo is only made to clean hair.Conditioner is used to make your hair silky and soft.IF u use them together the result is not going to work well

too much of 1 thing isnt good. a shampoo has a diffrent ingredients then a conditoner. that 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner do not work its a waste of money
those 2 in 1's never work for me -- i can't even tell there is conditioner in it at all....


ps -- you can make you own -- mix the bottles half and half!
there r shampoos that have both together, but i find that they dont work well on my hair. i like using 2 seperate ones.
because most 2in1's don't work very well.
because they do two different things and shampooing while you condition defeats the purpose. Don't ask stupid questions. And don't tell me your that lazy you cant shampoo then condition
if u do conditioner first then it will only be soft
They used to have one that was together. But for my hair if i just shampoo it, it is really dry. If i just condition it, it is greasy.
shampoo is to clean the hair and conditioner is to condition the hair...some people dont need the conditioner if there hair is short. very short like a guys brush cut
They do make a shampoo conditioner. Shampoo cleans and conditioner: Softens
shampoo is like body wash and conditioner is like lotion, they do have a 2 in 1 shampoo, it's not the best though
shampoo cleans your hair, while conditioner softens it and smoothes it.... so u need them both
Because they are two different things!!Shampoo is to actually clean your hair and conditioner is kinda a softener and thing for having knot-free hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!
