i have very thick, brown, long hair and it gets snarly easily. i have a hard time finding a shampoo and conditioner that works for me...what do you think?What is the best shampoo and conditioner for under $20?
Same with me, friend. Go out to your local drugstore RiteAid, Walgreens, and etc. And pick up brunette experession by pantene, you will see results right after your first use. I use midnight expression by them since my hair is black and darker.What is the best shampoo and conditioner for under $20?
Pantene, or Garnier Frutis.
I recently read that Pantene has the best formulation of shampoo and conditioner so I would start there.
