I heard its' best to wash hair every other day to not dry out your hair, so I'm wondering if on the ';no-wash'; days if it is okay to still wet my hair but instead of using shampoo, I would just use conditioner. its because shampoo strips hair of its natural oils...

Unfortunately some people need to wash their hair every day, since it's so oily. If you can though, it's better to just rinse it or use condition on off days. Every other day I wash my hair with shampoo and on the other days I just rinse it and put conditioner on my ends so that they won't frizz.
On weekends I usually give my hair a break, and not wash at all unless it is super gross which is very rare.
I have a perm so I pretty much have to wet my hair so the curls won't be frizzy.
Just rinse your hair %26amp; give it a break a couple times a week and your hair should stay nice and healthy. :]
you need to use a gentle shampoo and it should be ok,like dove shampoo is good,,they have different brands like for dry hair and oily..then use your conditioner each time you wash and you should be all right,i love the dove conditioner,its very light and don't make your hair oily,,

Just make sure you're not using a 2 in 1, and
using a conditioner that's good quality.
its perfectly ok, i wet my hair and leave cond. in it, i wash it very other day though and my hair is great.
Just using conditioner would make it look dirty!
Don't do anything to your hair in the shower if you don't wash it.
