i would think it will still be dirty and conditoner will just make it gummy.. if your out of shampoo, use a little bit of dish soap..
its not good for your hair..... itll make it dry and brittle if you dont use shampoo :(

The same thing that happens when you wash clothes with no detergent just fabric softner. They are soft but not clean.
It depends on the texture of your hair and your ethnicity..





Lots of natural (no relaxer) african american women do this method called the no-poo (no shampoo) as shampoo can be very drying to natural/nappy hair.





However if you don't fit that bill (coarse, kinky, natural, extra curly) i'd suggest using shampoo.
