What is the BEST shampoo/conditioner?

What is the BEST shampoo and conditioner sold at beauty supply stores?

I do NOT like generic brand shampoo/conditioner.

I am looking for something not to expensive. Also something that relieves dryness and frizz. Makes your hair healthier and stronger. What is the BEST shampoo/conditioner?
the absolute best conditioner is by nexxus its called humectrus. for a smaller bottle its like $11 but that depends on where you go. so far the best shampoo for me has been tresemeWhat is the BEST shampoo/conditioner?
matrix. a gallon is like 30 bucks. if you can't get that, what you do is call the best salons in town and ask what they use. say you want to make an appointment and want to know what kind of shamp/cond they use because you don't like certain kinds, so you can know whether or not you should wash your hair beforehand. they'd have to tell you, then just say you'll call back for the appt.

the reason i say this because there are a lot of prof brands that are good. you're supposed to change every 2-4 months your shamp/cond anyway, because your hair gets immune to it, then has no effect on your hair and that's what makes it dry and frizzy. so knowing the top 2 or 3 brands available to you is smart. just keep them in a different rotation.

also, don't wash it every day, unless it gets oily. that'll help with the dryness. if it's oily on top and dry on the ends, just wash the top. i know, i wasn't use to it when i first started doing it. it made me feel dirty all over because i missed a day of washing my hair, but once i seen the improvements, i gave in. if it's dry on the top, and oily on the ends, that's when you switch brands.

also, just because it makes your hair smooth or it smells good doesn't mean anything. my top three were herbal essences, garnier fructis, and pantene before i started cosmotology. by the end of the first month, i washed my hair with baking soda to strip my hair, bought new shampoo's and threw all that crap away. plus, after using leave-in and mousse and whatever else, you're not going to smell the shampoo, anyway so don't mind that, although they don't smell too bad.
Keracare is works very well but it's not cheap. Nexxus is also a great product line!
i simply love MANE N' TAIL shampoo!!! It has a nice fragrance and it makes your hair smooth.

I use Poppy Seed Oil Reviving Mask as my hair moistrizer

For my conditioner, I use Aloe Vera conditioner.
Well, i think the best smelling shampoo/conditioner is Herbal Essences Dangerously Straight.

it smells SOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!

but the one thats best for your hair (i think) is

Dove Intense Damage.

i dont really have intense damage but it makes sure that my hair stays that way from all the blow drying and flat ironing.

it is a hair cure-all!
